PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- 50% initial deposit against Proforma Invoice to incur all operational costs during the course of this transaction. This is according to Article 113/SECTA 03/2016 of our company's act which we uphold strongly.

- 50% balance on C.A.D basis ( Cash Against Documents) basis i.e upon presentation of Fax/Email copies of  Full loading and Shipping Documents. (Bill of Lading inclusive) after the Shipment has left.

All payments shall be done via Bank to Bank transfers to our company's Bank account.

NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OFFER DIFFERENT PAYMENTS TERMS DEPENDING ON THE ORDER QUANTITY.

PROCEDURE TO PLACE ORDER:

1. Buyer send his/her LOI.

2. Seller issues FCO, signed and stamp.

3. Buyer signs FCO and stamp to confirm.

4. Seller sends Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice.

5. Buyer confirms Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice to proceed.
